Will there be another group at the centre

We can offer sole occupancy of our Centre to school groups depending on group size provided this is confirmed at the time of booking.  If you have not booked sole occupancy there will be another group sharing the Centre.  Sometimes if all the group sizes are small we may have several different schools at the same time.  We do however take age range into consideration when taking more than one school.

Room sharing arrangements

Once you have booked we send you as room planner which shows how many beds are in each room so you can plan who’s sharing with who from your school.  Teachers are accommodated in close proximity to your children’s rooms.

Do we have to pay for staff?

We offer 1 free staff place per 10 children.  1:10, 3:30 etc.  If you bring a group over the 10 (say 12 we would give you 2 free staff places.

Do you to provide transport from our school to the Centre

Your school is responsible for proving transport to and from your school.  Many groups bring a minibus as well as a coach to help with groups over the capacity of one coach to keep costs down.  We can provide you with a contact number for our local Bude coach company to see if this is a cheaper option for you.  Once your group is here we provide all the local transport using minibuses which is included in the cost of the programme.
