The staff team at Outdoor Adventure genuinely enjoy running family holidays and get a great buzz from the challenge of giving each family an experience to remember and one they are highly unlikely to get anywhere else in Britain! They staff are fun to be with, keep things relaxed and know how to build up a great rapport with the kids. Yes, they are qualified and experienced, but what makes the holiday work so well is that they genuinely care that you have a fantastic time with us and will go that extra mile to make it happen. They adapt their sessions and coaching to the different ages, abilities and dynamics within the group to ensure everyone learns and has fun. All members of our team are carefully chosen and have been fully vetted and police-checked to work with children before employment.

What if the weather's bad?
Yes, the weather is always a concern on a British holiday and yes Cornwall can get bad weather, however, we believe that the strength of our holidays is that it takes the pressure off relying on good weather. If you are in the surf having fun and it rains - who cares? If it’s too windy to windsurf we’ll go climbing on some sheltered cliffs and windsurf another day. If the surf is flat (highly un-likely) we’ll go sea kayaking! You will always be enjoying great activities and the company of our instructors, who enjoy the challenge and know how to give you a ‘wicked day’ full of fun and new experiences.

Location - Cornwall
Outdoor Adventure is situated on the unspoilt, rugged north Cornwall coast. It is easy to get to and only 1 hour from the M5 junction at Exeter. The Centre’s setting is incredible. As soon as you arrive you will find yourself surrounded by a magnificent, naturally wild, coastal environment. The Centre is perched on the cliff top overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and is set within it’s own 10 acres of beautiful grounds which have been designated a Site of Special Scientific Interest by English Nature and is now a European area of conservation. It even has its own beach! With all this around you it doesn’t take long for everyone to start feeling very relaxed and happy! Our centre location also has the best of both worlds - although in a remote and spectacular location, the lively town of Bude is only 4 miles away with its vibrant surf culture. Within our local area there are lots of interesting places to visit and a great choice of clean lifeguard-patrolled Blue Flag beaches. The North Cornwall coast path runs just behind the Centre with a pub within a short 5 minute walk. Bo castle famous for its flood in 2004 and the Eden Project are only 20 and 40 minutes away respectivily.
